In January, 2005, Ana Cristina became the first Hispanic singer performing The Star Spangled Banner at The Constitutional Ball, as part of The Presidential Inauguration, before authorities and special guests. A major achievement in the beginning of a promising career.

Cuban-American Ana Cristina Alvarez was born on June 2nd, 1985 in Miami, FL.
She started singing at the age of five. Throughout the years she was able to refine an impressive six-octave vocal range, turning into a multi-instrumentalist and composer, signing up to Sony Music International at the age of 15 and joining a group of well-known producers to work on her debut album, comprising different music styles, including dance/pop, urban and contemporary pop/rock. It was released on August, 2003 along with an EP including the songs "Vivan Los Niños" and "A Un Paso De Mi Amor". The self-titled album also featured the hit single "Tan Solo Son Palabras".
 
Ana Cristina sings in both English and Spanish. She has joined a music scene in a need of talented newcomers, therefore her dream of becoming a crossover sensation could see the light very soon.
